Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 if you have placed an order for a physical product, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons within 14 days. After this time the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

N.B.: The right of withdrawal can be exercised if the Consumer Customer is a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or has not made the purchase by indicating in the order form to Essegi Meccanica s.a.s. a VAT reference.

Essegi Meccanica s.a.s. reserves the right to verify the return requests received from customers, companies and entities.
